terms of service

general

- payment upfront (paypal only)
- no commercial use
- credit me for my work
- i have the right to refuse any commission for any reason
- my turnaround time is approx. 3 weeks but this is subject to change
- no refunds unless a mistake has been made on my end
- references must be visual
- no ai references

for designs (above still applies):

- YOU MUST have a toyhouse account so i can keep track of my designs
- DO NOT private my designs on toyhouse without authorising me or giving me a key for the character
- DO NOT sell my designs for more than you paid unless there's extra art added
- DO NOT sell my designs if you got them for free unless there's extra art added
- YOU CAN modify the design however you want, though i'd prefer if the vibe was kept similar
- YOU MUST still credit me as the original designer
- references include color palettes, inspiration pictures and descriptions

will do:

- any mlp species (more complicated ones like alicorns, draconequus and overly detailed characters might cost extra)
- sfw ship art (no proship/incest)
- original characters
- canon characters (from any generation)
- any mlp style (g1, g2, g3, g3.5, friendship is magic, pony life, tell your tale)

won't do:

- nsfw/fetish stuff
- suggestive
- gore
- any hateful content (racist, homophobic, transphobic etc.)
- detailed backgrounds (the backgrounds in my examples are either screenshots from the show or free to use vectors)
